This one-on-one training focuses on a personalized fitness and nutrition plan that works for each individual client. Throughout your program, we will measure and track your progress to keep you motivated and on track to meet and exceed your goals!
This class, which is available for all ages, targets on changing clients' health and body composition in real, tangible ways. This class is for those who are driven to reach their goals, whether that be weight loss, improved muscle tone or general wellness improvement.

Ranging from ages 10-18, our youth training programs are geared toward youth athletes who have an aspiration to take their skills to the next level.

Advanced Speed Dynamics, Olympic Lifts, Plyometric Training, Flexibility, Joint Stability
Acceleration/Deceleration, Speed Mechanics, Power Prepping
